- Ambulance Services The Butler VA Healthcare located at 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001, intends to release Solicitation VA244-13-R-0152 for Ambulance Services. These services will require contractor to furnish ambulance services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, for the beneficiaries of the VA Butler Healthcare, 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001. The intent of this contract is to furnish ambulance services, for basic life support transport and advanced life support transport, including all necessary personnel, vehicles, equipment, materials, and supplies, to the VA Butler Healthcare, in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after March 26, 2013. This full solicitation will be unrestricted with preference to SDVOSB and VOSB in accordance with VAAR 852215-70. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 621910, Ambulance Services, size standard $14,000,000.00. This will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements Contract with a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one year option periods. All offerors must be registered in SAMS data base, see https://www.sam.gov and complete online Reps and Certs at http://www.sam.gov. All SDVOSB and VOSB offerors must be registered in VetBiz at http://www.vetbiz.gov. Amendments to the solicitation will be posted at this website only. All offerors must obtain amendments at this website; hard copies will not be mailed.
