- Request for Information (Sources Sought Notice) 60-Ton Hydraulic Truck Crane The Rock Island District, US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking qualified members of the Small Businesses Community (Small Businesses (SB) Small Disabled Small Business (SDB) Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) Service Disabled Veteran Owned SB (SDVOSB) Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HubZones) and Section 8(a) Participants) or small business concerns that qualify under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333120 - CONSTRUCTION, CRANE OVER 15 TON for delivery to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Peoria, IL 61603 The salient characteristics: New Hydraulic Truck Crane equipped with: 60 Ton with lifting capacity of 120,000 lbs at 10' and 5,000 lbs at 90' Largest current diesel engine (prefer tier 3 due to government use) Automatic Transmission Air ride suspension Winter or Cold weather package to include a block heater Heat and A/C in both driving and operating cabs Cross axle locking differentials Auxiliary light package Pat system LMI LMI Event recorder (PAT) Comp U Crane system (Crane Tracking and Monitoring System) Wind speed indicator located on boom tip Dual Hoist 3 wrap indicator on both hoists Hoist movement indicators 36' to 110' 4 section full power boom LMI Calibrated 33' to 56' folding off-settable swing away jib Jib must be off-settable to 25 and 45 degrees Auxiliary lifting head on boom tip Trailing boom package Tandem axle boom dolly Heavy Lift package of 16,500 lbs of hydraulic removable weights Steel outrigger pads 8.3 Ton headache ball with top swivel 50 Ton 3 sheave load block 2 sets of Service and Parts Manuals 1 day machine set up and operator training by factory or dealer rep All equipment shall be supplied FOB to 257 Grant Street, Peoria, IL 61603 The requirement will also include a trade-in.
