- 03/11/2013 - Modified to revise the issue and closing dates to 03/13/2013 and 04/12/2013. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Purchase Request number SC1000007664, C4N, H1 ALL VERSIONS HELICOPTER, LATCH ASSEMBLY, Solicitation Number SPE4A6-13-R-0555. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement consisting of a base and four option years. This requirement will be solicited Unrestricted, Other Than Full & Open Competition. The approved source is HARTWELL CORPORATION,CAGE 83014, P/N H3026-1. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (GMQ) is 11 each for base year only. Minimum Order Quantity for base and options is 11 each; Maximum Order Quantity is 44 each for base and options; Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) for base and options is 44. The delivery schedule for the base and option years is 233 days ARO. Surge and sustainment is not required. The anticipated issue date is February 27,2013 & closing date of March 29, 2013. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) will be utilized to evaluate past performance if required.. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on February 27,2013. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
