- A Request for Quote will be issued for a Purchase Order for Foam Spacers; 5 inches in diameter X 3/4 inches in thickness, Polyethylene Material; Must meet all requirements of Spec A-A-59136 ( 28 OCT 97) for Class 4, Grade B, Type I. Certificate of Conformance will be required. Document to be posted on or about 28 Mar 2013. The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this web site and it is the contractor's responsibility to check daily at this site for any amendments. Reminder: ALL contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
