Description

PRICE SCHEDULE: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide Fertilizer, Herbicide and Fire Ant Control Application Services for Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. The Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery is located at 1520 Harry Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, Texas 78209. Work shall also include but not be limited to protection of facilities, structures, vehicles, and personnel. Work Location is Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Hours of operation are Mon thru Fri, 8:00 a.m. thru 4:30p.m., excluding Federal holidays and weekends without internments or activities. POST AWARD CONFERENCE: Prior to commencement of work, contract awardees is required to make an appointment for a conference with the COR and/or Contracting Officer to assure that all parties understand all contractual obligations and the role that each party serves. All services described in the Work Statement, including technical specifications, schedules, addenda, clauses, terms and conditions of the contract must support and conform to the complete scope of work. Period of performance is from date of award until 30 September 2013; and option period through September 30, 2017, if all options executed. The schedule price shall be all-inclusive, including all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to complete the Contract Line Item (CLIN(s)).
