Description

Subject: RADIOPHARMACEUTICAL SERVICES Description: Synopsis: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting proposals to provide the Federal Health Care Center (FHCC), North Chicago, IL radiopharmaceuticals. Anticipated period of performance is base period of April 1, 2013 through March 31, 2014 plus three (1) one year options to extend at the discretion of the Government in accordance with all specifications, work statement, terms and conditions contained therein. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide their proposal. The Government will use a "Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable best value analysis in evaluating offers. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted. The size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 424210 is 100 employees. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about March 12, 2013.
