Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is the 30 day synopsis for SADL maintenance support which ensures F-16 compatibility with other data links and branches of service. This effort shall provide ongoing analyses of system configuration changes throughout the Data Link community and implement procedures for SADL equipped F-16 aircraft, support equipment, and gateways. The solicitation will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov under solicitation number FA8232-13-R-3021 no earlier than 15 Apr 2013. Award will be made to Raytheon Company, 1801 West Hughes Drive, Fullerton CA 92833. The period of performance for this contract will be one (1) year base period plus three (3) one year options. This is not a notice for competitive proposals, but responses to this notice can be submitted to this office no later than 15 Apr 2013.
