Description
Solicitation Map/drawings of 15 Missile Alert Facilities Form 254 Wage Determination Green Procurement Specifications The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of GHLN 12-6012 'Repaint Helicopter Pads at 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAF's)'. The government anticipates soliciting for the award of a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237310, with a size standard of $3.5 million. This project consists of, but not limited to, furnishing all parts, materials, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation necessary to remark helipads, remove old markings, surface preparation along with incidental related work at remote missile sites and a site under the control of F. E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This magnitude does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost. The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is lowest price technically acceptable. The government anticipates the issuance of the RFP on March 12th, 2013 with a target award date of May 1st, 2013. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at http://www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also submit their Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at https://orca.bpn.gov. The RFP will be released using the Electronic Posting System (EPS) available at http://www.fbo.gov. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
