Description

2013-Q-15475 - Vistide/Cidofovir This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please submit a response by 04/01/2013 at 2:00 p.m. Please see attached RFP solicitation for more information and specifics on this requirement. NDC 61958-0101-1 Vistide (Cidofovir 75mg/ml) UOM: VIAL Quantity: 2,000 Clauses and provisions are included in the RFP in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. These include all commercial item clauses in FAR 12.603.
