Description

The Department of Veterans affairs, VISN 11 is preparing to solicit for a firm-fixed price contract for the delivery of Sterile Custom Cardiology Angiographic Drape Packs to multiple VAMC facilities within VISN 11. FAR Parts 12, 13, 14, & 15 may be considered. This requirement is a small business set-aside. A waiver of the Non-manufacturer Rule has been granted by SBA. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113. The SBA size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be available at https://fbo.gov on or about March 18, 2013. Potential offerors MUST register at https://fbo.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract neither does it obligate the Government to pay for any quotes, proposal preparation costs, and sample packs submitted. A minimum of three (3) sample sterile custom cardiology angiographic drape packs shall be submitted with each quote. All interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines prior to award. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov.
