Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Naval Supply Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) and Management Systems Support Division (MSSD) are requesting a quote for MathCAD maintenance software. See part numbers in Table 1: Description below. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis from ImmixTechnology, Inc., 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA, 22102-5112 CAGE 3CA29 against their GSA Schedule GS-35F-0265X. A brand name justification is attached.
