- Sole Source Letter The decision to use a Sole-Source contract to Monaco Enterprises to meet this requirement was based on the fact that Monaco Enterprises is the only Contractor who can train personnel to be certified on the Monaco BT-X transceiver panels used at F.E. Warren AFB. Based on the above findings, it is decided that it would be in the best interest of the Government to sole source this requirement to Monaco Enterprises.
