- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to solicit, negotiate, and enter into a Firm Fixed Price non-commercial supply contract IAW FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the following procurement: CNIN-SAP-023 Sole Source Procurement The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, SP Industries 3538 Main Street, PO Box 158 Stone Ridge, NY 12484. All other offerors may submit a quote that will be reviewed by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. CLIN 0001: Full service support warranty for the period of 1 April, 2013 to 31 March, 2014 in accordance with SOW. P/N 100005066 QTY: 1 EA CLIN 0002: OPTION 0002 Full service support warranty for the period of 1 April, 2014 to 31 March, 2015 in accordance with SOW. P/N 100005066 QTY: 1 EA CLIN 0003: OPTION 0001 Full service support warranty for the period of 1 April, 2015 to 31 March, 2016 in accordance with SOW. P/N 100005066 QTY: 1 EA Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B. Destination: NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. To be eligible for award of a Government contract, contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The link to the website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Quotes must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation. Submitting a quote from the NECO website by clicking on - Submit Bid - does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format.
