Will this be released on GSA Alliant SB, STARS, or GSA Schedule 70? ANSWER: YES, through 8(a) STARS II Industry Partner Program. 3. Can you tell me if these services are currently being performed by a contractor? If so, could you please provide the incumbent name as well as the contract number? ANSWER: This requirement has four different existing contracts, four existing different/similar requirements, consolidate into one requirement. This will be considered new requirement and new contract consolidated into one contract to be awarded to one company through 8(a) STARS II Industry Partners, Constellation II. Contract number and incumbent listings as follows: 1. DAMD17-03-A-0006-ZQ05Hewlett-Packard Company - GSA Contract 2. DAMD17-03-A-0006-ZQ09Hewlett-Packard Company - GSA Contract 3. The modification posted on 28 FEB 13 says the response dated changed from April 1 to March 15, but it says the solicitation will not be issued until on or about 18 March 2013. Is this correct, or is the correct response date supposed to be 15 APR 13? ANSWER: Yes there are two dates. The synopsis stated to expect the solicitation through GSA on or about 1 April, but we amended the synopsis on or about 15 March or 18 March on this date when the solicitation will be posted through GSA. 5. Would the government consider releasing this RFP via FedBizOpps, instead of STARS 2? It will provide opportunities for active 8a entities to compete. ANSWER: NO, it is set-aside for 8(a) STARS II through GSA mandatory source for the government. 7. Can you provide any insight under which of the 2 constellations and/or 4 FAs the solicitation will be released? ANSWER: This will posted through GSA 8(a) STARS II, Constellation II.
