- In accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a sole source order to Superior Communications Inc. (SCI) of Rockville, MD. to procure a Bi Directional Amplifier and installation. SCI is the original equipment manufacturer. SCI installed the existing wiring system, amplifier and radios. Utilizing SCI is necessary to ensure compatibility with existing equipment and wiring (see numbered note 22).
