- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals are being requested via this synopsis and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requisition Number W81EWF23244777 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP) with intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61.The requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 334516 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office, has a requirement for the purchase of (2) two ductless biosafety cabinets to be delivered (FOB DESTINATION) to ERDC, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180.
