- FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Chichung Chang, (443) 395-4774, e-mail address: chichung.m.chang.civ@mail.mil This is a market survey to locate additional sources of supply for the 400Hz Frequency Converter, NSN 6130-01-507-7914, P/N CW1251M-111, cage code 25965 and NSN 6130-01-507-8120, P/N CW2501M-111, cage code 25965. This acquisition will be for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Overall range quantities for each year, for CW1251M-111, range from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 240. Overall range quantities for each year, for CW2501M-111, range from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 30. Detailed technical data for the manufactures or acceptance of this unit is not available from the Army. Applicable features, specifications, and Technical Diagrams for this 28VDC Power Supply are available at http://www.programmablepower.com/. Suppliers capable of supplying either or both of the aforementioned parts must so indicate by email to: chichung.m.chang.civ@mail.mil. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit from the previous supplier listed above. The response should also include production lead times, number of years part will be available, price break ranges if applicable, part number & CAGE of proposed parts, or any other information that could affect the acquisition, supply and delivery of the parts. The Government will consider additional sources of supply for a commercially available 400Hz Frequency Converter that is an quote mark equal quote mark substitute for form/fit/function parameters to P/N CW1251M-111 and CW2501M-111. Interchangeability shall exist in electrical input/output interface cables, to allow easy plug-in with existing cables that are inside the AN/ASM-146 Shelters and AN/ASM-189 Vans. Interchangeability shall also exist in quote mark fit quote mark, so that the replacement 400Hz Frequency Converter will fit exactly in the designated compartment of the electrical rack that is inside the AN/ASM-146 Shelters and AN/ASM-189 Vans. The offerer shall also provide a comparable 5-year warranty on each unit, similar as is provided by Ametek for CW1251M-111 and CW2501M-111. The proposed quote mark equal quote mark substitute power supply would have to pass performance and qualification testing to ensure it meets the Military's requirements. The cost of which would be considered in the acquisition decision. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. CECOM will be reviewing this acquisition to determine if it is suitable for Full and Open Competition, or Sole-source. You must also provide all supporting equipment specifications data/documents for your proposed Frequency Converter, and provide any supporting technical documentation to verify/prove that your proposed commercial equipment is quote mark equal quote mark to the CW1251M-111 and CW2501M-111, as explained above. The burden of proof is on the offeror to prove that their commercial equipment satisfies the above quote mark form/fit/function quote mark requirement. The interested vendors shall provide the CECOM POC below with the above requested data, Company name, CAGE, address, company representative, Telephone/FAX #s, and applicable e-mail address.
