- Solicitation Amendment No. FA3016-13-T-0005 0002. The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0002 (FA3016-13-T-0005 0002) is to revise the Period of Performance; publish Questions and Answers; incorporate revised Performance Work Statement; and, correct administrative errors in the Terms and Conditions of the RFQ. A Site Visit will be held 15 March 2013 at 1:00PM, CST. Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend the site visit although not attending will not prevent an award provided all other terms of the solicitation are met. Questions regarding this Request for Quote are to be in writing and directed ONLY to the 502d Contracting Squadron personnel, all questions must be submitted to magdalenda.g.hudson-murray.civ@mail.mil AND chantel.a.smith.civ@mail.mil by 2:00 PM CST Tuesday, 19 March 2013. The RFQ has been extended. Submit quotes no later than 12:00PM CST Tuesday, 26 March 2013.
