Description

Sole Source Justification The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Copyright Clearance Center, 222 Rosewood Dr., Danvers, MA 01923. The Copyright Clearance Center Annual license renewal period of performance is from March 15, 2013 to April 14, 2014. The Contractor must provide PBGC the annual license renewal for a period of one 12 month Base Year and one 12 month Option Year. The license includes: Tier 6 - Annual License Renewal Copyright Clearance Center is the only source for business and legal publications. An interested party may e-mail a written capabilities statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit their capability statement, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via e-mail to durden.lawrence@pbgc.gov (no later than March 13, 2013,8 PM Eastern Time) This is not a Solicitation, but a Notice Of Intent. No Solicitation will be issued.
