- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please submit a response by 04/01/2013 at 2:00 p.m. Please submit all questions regarding the syringes by 03/19/2013. Responses to questions will be posted to FedBizOpps by 3/22/2013. Syringe 1ml 25G X 5/8 inch - 2,558,900 /EA Please see attached RFP solicitation for more information and specifics on this requirement. Clauses and provisions are included in the RFP in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. These include all commercial item clauses in FAR 12.603.
