- Description
- This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Hercules C-130 Aircraft (WSC 06F), Skin, Aircraft; 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation will be solicited for award of a firm fixed purchase. The NSN and quantity are as follows: NSN 1560-01-209-1553; Quantity: 116 with 100% option quantity for 116 each. FOB: Destination; Inspection: Origin/Acceptance: Destination. Export Control Applies; Critical Application Item; Configuration Control Applies; First Article Test Applies. Requested delivery for First Article is 30 days after receipt of order; Requested delivery for Final Production units is 30 days after First Article approval. Total requested delivery is 420 days. Electronic Offers are not acceptable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 27 March 2013. The anticipated award date is on or around 5 June 2013. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the synopsis. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
