- This acquisition is a prospective 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and/or Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). The NAICS Code is 561612 (Security Guards and Patrol Services) Size standard is $19.0 Million. Please note that this is not a request for quotes or proposals; the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. A solicitation is currently not available. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The National Cemetery Administration as requested by the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific is planning a solicitation to offers under Solicitation No: VA786-13-R-0196 for unarmed security guard services. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies and consumables to perform unarmed security guard services for the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (NMCP) at the following location: National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (NMCP) Also known as the "Punchbowl" 2177 Puowaina Drive Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 Duty hours shall consist of two (2) shifts Monday through Friday 10:00pm to 5:00am and 12:00pm to 7:00pm. Duty hours Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays will be twenty-four (24) hours. Federal Holidays are: New Years Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and any other day designated by the President of the United States. Lunch periods and break periods will not be at government expense and must be coordinated with the NMCP Supervisor/Director prior to start of Contract and prior to any changes with established times. These are estimated hours and the Government reserves the right to increase or decrease the stated duty hours. Security personnel on duty will take instructions from the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific (NMCP) personnel as delegated by the NMCP Cemetery Foreman who also is the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
