Description

Attachments 3 and 4 Attachment 1 Specifications Roof Replacement Solicitation The Talladega Ranger District of the Talladega National Forest in the National Forests in Alabama has a requirement for Talladega Work Center Roof Replacement. The project consists of the complete demolition of approximately 9,030 SF room shingles including front porch, deteriorated roof components, turbine ventilators, replacing the siding on the North side of the Building facing the District Office and installation of standing seam metal roof with ridge cap and triangular gable vents on the side (Option 1) or 3 tab asphalt shingles (Option 2). Only one option will be awarded. The size standard is $14 million under NAICS code 238160. This is a Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. The magnitude of this project is less than $100,000.
