- Description
- The Army Network Enterprise Telecommunications Command (NETCOM) has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex. The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The local exchange services provider, certified by the State of Pennsylvania, shall provide local commercial communications service originating from Pennsylvania for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex, including commercial subscriber lines, digital access trunks, local exchange digital (ISDN PRI) trunks, transport channels, foreign exchange trunks and directory number and number portability. This RFP is being released in conjunction with RFP W91RUS-13-R-0019. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC code 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees - NAICS 517110. This requirement shall be a commercial, firm fixed price contract. Solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 21 March 2013. The solicitation can be viewed and downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website.
