- The U.S. Army has a requirement to provide labor, material and equipment necessary to renovate an area in building 36 located at the Soldier System Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts 0760. The renovation work includes but is not limited to, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. The small business size is $33.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The site visit will be held on a date to be determined no later than 8 April 2013. Work will be performed at the Soldier System Center, Kansas Street, Natick, Massachusetts 01760. The period of performance is ninety calendar days. This requirement is subject to the Davis Bacon Act.
