THIS IS A REPOSTING OF A SOLICITATION THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY COMPETED ON FEDBID UNDER SOLICITATION NUMBER N00604-13-T-3056. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 “ Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation For Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 “ Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00604-13-T-3058. All prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring these sites for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to this solicitation. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-65 and DFARS Change Notice 20121231. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 335122 and the Small Business Standard is 500 Employees. THE PROPOSED CONTRACT IS A COMPETITIVE, 100 PERCENT SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. THE NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER (FLC) PEARL HARBOR, Regional Contracting Department requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, The Sky Factory virtual skylight image panels and lighting assemblies. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT TECHNICAL INFORMATION (SPECIFICATIONS AND IMAGE PANEL PICTURES) IF PROPOSING OR EQUAL ITEMS. The NAVSUP FLC Pearl Harbor intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the virtual skylight image panels and lighting assemblies in accordance with the attached Brand Name or Equal Description. The Government hereby requests FOB Destination Pricing (shipping costs included within the unit price) to 106 Peacekeeper Drive, BLDG 301B, Offutt AFB, NE 68113. The desired delivery date is fourteen (14) days after delivery of contract.
