Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN SOUTHERN SUBURBS OF SALT LAKE CITY PROJECT# 2UT2056 The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space in the southern suburbs of Salt Lake City to include Midvale, South Jordan, West Jordan and Sandy, Utah.. The space offered must consist of approximately 3,193 ABOA (usable) square feet. It is the governments preference that space be located on the 1st floor. The Government requests thirty (30) reserved parking spaces for Government owned vehicles. The area provided for reserved parking spaces may require security measures. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: NORTH: Jordon River Blvd / Fort Union Blvd / 48 SOUTH: 71 / 12300 S. Street EAST: 1300 E Street WEST: 154 / Bangertner Highway The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than September 1, 2014. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Fire and Life Safety Standards, Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABBAS) and Seismic requirements per the terms of the lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain.
