Description

The US Army Medical Command North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to Radiology Staffing Solutions, PSC for part-time Radiologist services at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, KY in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The period of performance is 1 April 2013 through 30 September 2013. The number of routine hours for the six month period of performance is 600 total. The performance work statement requires expertise in nuclear medicine in order to meet the requirement. This requirement will be procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13, using simplified acquisition procedures. NAICS code is 621111, size standard is $10M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. Offerors certain they can meet the requirement may submit in writing an affirmative response and statement of technical capabilities. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Affirmative written response must be received no later than 19 March 2013.
