Description

STANDARD RFQ FORM SOLICITATION TERMS & CONDITIONS -This RFQ is pursuant to the award of an Open Market Term contract for Direct Delivery (CONUS and OCONUS) contract coverage for six (6) Xerox toner cartridges that are manufactured in non-TAA compliant countries. -ONLY ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM) ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE REMANUFACTURED OR COMPATIBLE ITEMS. -The awarded term contract will have a period of performance of one (1) base year and four (4) one year option periods. The option periods may be exercised at the discretion of the Government at the conclusion of the base year if the awardee has met GSA's performance and quality expectations. The award is effective upon the contracting officer's evaluation approval. -In addition to the terms and conditions of this notice, the awarded contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the attached Solicitation Document. Award evaluation will be made on an all or none, best value determination in accordance with FAR 15.404-1(b). Delivery and price are considerations for award in accordance with the below criteria: DELIVERY: F.O.B. Destination Delivery is required within 4 days ARO (After Receipt of Order) to CONUS customers and domestic consolidation points for OCONUS customers and 7 days ARO to customers in Alaksa, Puerto Rico and Hawaii PRICE: The government will evaluate quotes received based upon an all or none, best value determination. Being that this solicitation is for commercially available, off the shelf items, adequate price competition is expected in response to this soliciation. Non-ceritifed cost and/or pricing data may be requested to make a price reasonableness determination, but is not required. ***PLEASE USE THE ATTACHED STANDARD FORM 18 TO SUBMIT YOUR QUOTES***
