- STATEMENT OF WORK FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING VIDEO LIBRARY 1.INTRODUCTION. Department of Defense Directive 8570.01M mandates that all personnel in an Information Assurance Technician (IAT) or an Information Assurance Management (IAM) position must obtain baseline certifications for the Information Technology (IT) Network Environment (NE) and Computing Environment (CE) in which they work within 6 months from accepting the position and is required to come into compliance with this directive in order maintain its accreditation. With the inception of the new Guardnet capability at Mission Training Complex Fort Indiantown Gap (MTC-FTIG), Computer Network Defense, Network Administrator, System Administrator, and Helpdesk training shall also be required. MTC-FTIG also requires a means to provide in-house supplemental training to its IT personnel in order to keep them up to date with changing technology. Access to a comprehensive IT video training library will enable MTC-FTIG to provide training to over 30 IT personnel with varying schedules and training requirements while they are on the move as well as facilitating the training of units on an as needed basis. 2.DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide ten (10) Multi-user/Concurrent Licenses for the items identified in subparagraphs 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3, 2.1.4, 2.1.5, 2.1.6, 2.1.7, 2.1.8, and 2.1.9 for an IT video training library to MTC-FTIG that is available 24 hours a day on 7 days per week via streaming Internet and the capability for the equivalent MP3 audio files to be downloaded for offline use. In addition, the training videos shall be compatible and functional for use on mobile devices such as smart phones, iPads and like devices. The videos shall also be compatible for use on multiple Operating Systems to include Mac, and PC. The contractor shall provide ten (10) multiuser/concurrent licenses so that multiple users can view the videos simultaneously and independently based on the number of available licenses. The contractor shall also provide the ability for MTC-FTIG to monitor, generate reports and manage access to the IT Video Training Library in order to track usage and assign priorities for use. The IT video training library shall be functional over a Guardnet XXI connection and shall consist of full content that will prepare a student to pass the certification exams respective to training content listed in subparagraphs 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3, 2.1.4, 2.1.5, 2.1.6, 2.1.7, 2.1.8, and 2.1.9. 2.1.Provide an IT video training library that automatically updates to the most current certification exams while maintaining a copy of the legacy versions for courses listed in the attached statement of work.
