Description

All respondants to this requirements shall respond electronically through a proposal or formal price quote via victor.l.thomas@census.gov. The lodging for this meeting must meet these criteria at a minimum: - Metro Accessibility (within one block of a metro station) - Full Service Restaurant Respondants are to propose the following dates with the requested rooms available: Thursday June 13, 2013 - 12 sleeping rooms (single) Friday 14, 2013 - 3 sleeing rooms (single) The U.S. Census Bureau reserves the right to conduct an on-site inspection of offered facilities. An award will be made on a best value basis in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Lodging must be provided at the FedRooms rate, less than or equal to the Government per diem rate.
