- This solicitation is 100% Small Business set-aside under the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) 33339992 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor in accordance to FAR 15.101.2. Brand name or equal to products will be evaluated against the requirements in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. Award will be based on proposals most advantageous to the government on the basis of price, technically acceptable product and delivery schedule. Proposals must be good for 30 days from the close of this solicitation. Vendors must agree to conduct this transaction through FedBizOpps.gov in compliance with the FedBizOpps.gov terms of use, be active in Sam.gov, formally known as CCR, accept EFT payments through WAWF and accept purchase orders for this requirement. Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive.
