- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR ARCHITECT-ENGINEERING (A-E) SERVICES AT EIELSON AFB, AK. The U.S.A.F. is seeking to identify potential contractors qualified to perform professional architectural and engineering services at Eielson AFB, AK. This posting is a request for information from interested vendors and is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. This posting is not a Request for Proposals. Responders' are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested parties' expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if one is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the FedBizOps website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The work to be performed shall include but is not limited to Architect-Engineer (A-E) shall perform professional architectural and engineering services such as planning, investigation, study, surveying, design, construction surveillance and inspection, and provide labor and materials to accomplish the work specified in each task order issued under this contract. The A-E shall be responsible for all travel and lodging arrangements and expenses involved in the performance of work under this contract. The A-E shall furnish the Air Force with complete and usable products to include: planning documents, investigative reports, study reports, design analyses, project drawings, technical provisions (specifications), equipment layouts, cost estimates, submittal registers, quality assurance plans, constructability review reports, construction bidding amendments, construction contract modifications, and other documents. The Government is contemplating a firm fixed price, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery (IDIQ) contract to include (1) one base plus (4) four option years. The estimated disclosure of magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The U.S.A.F. is requesting the following information from interested vendors: • Company name, point of contact information to include phone number and email • Positive statement of your interest in this procurement as a prime contractor • DUNS number and CAGE code • Business type (large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, very small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business) based upon Proposed work to be performed under the following North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes as follows: 541310 for Architectural Services and 541330 for Engineering Services Interested parties should send above information via email to nathaniel.craig@us.af.mil or david.pfau.1@us.af.mil.
