Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR COMMERCIAL PRICE LIST OR PRICE SUPPORT ALONG WITH YOUR COMPANY'S CAGE CODE, TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, AND DUNS NUMBER and any license agreement language to be incorporated in resulting award. Request that you provide payment schedule along with licensee fees. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation number SPM2D0-13-Q-0022 is to be a Sole-Source procurement to FIRST DATABANK, Inc. in accordance with FAR Part 13. The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 511140.
