- DELIVERY HOURS EVALUATION FACTORS INVOICE INFORMATION The Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to issue RFQP06061300002 for the provision of Subsistence and, Meats bid at the Department of Justice, Metropolitan Detention Center, Los Angeles, California.The contract type is a firm fixed price supply contract. The award will be made to the responsible vendors who submit the most advantageous quote to the Government. This website provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. The solicitation will be available on or about March 15, 2013 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424410; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on March 29, 2013, at 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. All vendors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website is www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government with past performance and price-considered, price being rated higher than past performance.
