Question 1: What does installation of the CCB2 mean: 1. Delivery and reassembly of the components on the skid ready for power and air,...Or 2. Answer 1: PAINT HANGAR Question 2: Will conditions permit the preparation of the equipment for installation at the site? Answer 2: YES Question 3: What off-loading capabilities are present at the site? (i.e. loading dock, overhead doors etc). The unit specified is a CCB2; SK Bowling manufactures the Clothes Cleaning System, which includes the Air Reservoir Tank; Camfil Farr manufactures the Dust Collector. no other changes are made to this RFQ at this time.** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 423830. Small Business Standard is 100 employees. CLIN 0001: SELF CONTAINED DUST COLLECTION BOOTH, 1 EA. DUST COLLECTION BOOTH is necessary to clean dust soiled clothing; this process uses a compressed air nozzle manifold to blow dust from the worker's clothes in an enclosed booth in as little as 20 seconds. Booth Dimensions are 42 quote mark 1/2 x 52 1/2 quote mark x 96 quote mark outside; 42 quote mark x 48 quote mark x 84 quote mark inside w/open grating floor. Features include: 2 Door walk through design, 240 gallon Air Reservoir Tank, 2000CFM Exhaust System (230,460,575 volt), Door Window, Dust Proof Light fixture, Electrical Control Wiring, Control Panel, Safety Valves, regulators, Actuators, Timers, Air Spray Manifold, and Operating Instructions. Booth discharges 125 cubic feet of regulated air in 18 seconds at 30 psi each cleaning cycle. System must meet MSHA Standard 30 CFR Part 56.13020 and OSHA Regulation 29CFR 1910.242(b). Unit shall also include: Skid mounts for mobile installations Electric Door lock for exit door only Class II Division 2 Type G configuration Dedicated Dust Collection System w/after filter HEPA Filter with pre-filter housing CLIN 0002: DELIVERY & INSTALLATION-to MS ARNG TASMG in GULFPORT, MS 39505 The unit specified is a CCB2 manufactured by Camfil Farr.
