Max Brewer Parkway South: Pineda Causeway (404) East: Atlantic Ocean West: I-95 Office Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,697 ABOA Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,697 ABOA Warehouse Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,000 ABOA Warehouse Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,000 ABOA Space Type: Office, Scientific Support Area, and Wareyard Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· In addition to the space outlined above, approximately 19,000 sf of paved, fenced, and gated, wareyard is required. Warehouse space must have approx 20-foot by 20-foot overhead roll-up door for access and smooth concrete floor slab. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
