- The Lake States Acquisition Team announces an opportunity for Cultural Resource Service Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contracts. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541720. The Small Business Administration size standard is $19 million. Contractors are required to be actively registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis, the pending solicitation or any follow up information requests. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov prior to March 30, 2013. No hard copies of the solicitation, supporting documents and applicable amendments, if any, will be provided. To receive the entire solicitation package and any applicable amendments, prospective offerors must download them from the FedBizOpps website. The contractor shall provide all management and project administration services, quality control, logistical support, vehicles, labor, equipment and materials to complete the work described in the solicitation. The intent of the solicitation is to award multiple Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contracts for cultural resource services such as, but not limited to, archaeological reconnaisance/inventory surveys, evaluations, and mitigation or data recovery; preparation of National Register nominations for archaeological and architectural properties and cultural landscapes; collections management; artifact processing and analysis; oral history; public history and graphic design; archaeology and architectural management plans; historic structures reports; preparation of Historic American Building Survey (HABS) or Historic American Engineering Record (HAER) documents; preparation of building design plans and specifications for the restoration / rehabilitation of buildings; and archaeological data entry. Work shall be within the National Forests of the Upper Great Lakes area. It is anticipated that the primary work shall be within the National Forests of Michigan and Wisconsin.
