Description

Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for the NCIS for extended phone warranty for CISCO 7965-TSGB that meets TSG requirements for NCIS Technical Services Division (TSD) from CIS SECURE COMPUTING; 43671 TRADE CENTER PL STE 152, STERLING, VA 20166-2118. The agency ™s requirement is to extend warrant for DTD-7965-TSGB ”SN:11035-1289 on existing award for the CISCO 7965G for the NCIS Office located in Russell Knows Building, 27130 Telegraph Rd, Quantico, VA 22134. The rationale is that CIS SECURE COMPUTING INC provides the existing Warranty for CISCO 7965 for TSG requirements for securing all phones SCIF and SAPF environments held by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Headquarters under the current award N63285-12-P-0057. No known vendors, other than the CIS SECURE COMPUTING INC can provide extend warrant for DTD-7965-TSGB ”SN:11035-1289 for CISCO 7965 for TSG requirements for securing all phones SCIF and SAPF environments. The placement of a firm, fixed price contract is anticipated. The proposed acquisition is to extend the warrant for DTD-7965-TSGB ”SN:11035-1289 for CISCO 7965. The period of performance is 3/30/2013 thru 3/29/2014. This requirement will be Brand Name Therefore, CIS SECURE COMPUTING INC is the only provider to extend the existing warrant for DTD-7965-TSGB ”SN:11035-1289 for CISCO 7965 for TSG requirements for securing all phones SCIF and SAPF environments that can provide the required software maintenance for this requirement for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. DESCRIPTION PART NO and QUANTITY Item NoQuantityUnit Description CLIN 0001 1796 EA1 YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR DTD-7965-TSGB-SN: 11035-12829 “ORIGINAL PO FROM WWT: 1848531-0. WARRANTY ON CISCO 7965 SCIF PHONES. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
