- Solicitation is set-aside for small business for a CNC Lathe, Horizontal Turning Center. The solicitation includes delivery, tooling, foundation, installation, training and various accessories for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Washington. A one-time Site Visit will be scheduled to allow vendors to view the installation location. The public will be notified of the site visit via an Amendment of the synopsis. This requirement is small business set-aside. The award will be made as firm fixed price contract. The required delivery is 280 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination, Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. Solicitation will be available via the DLA "DIBBS" at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/solicitations to obtain a copy of the solicitation. This solicitation will not be available on DIBBS until March 25, 2013. Choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF). A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
