Description

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), also referred to in this solicitation as the Government, intends to award a one time delivery order for the purchase of Magnet Forensic's Internet Evidence Finder (IEF) Standard Edition with 1 Year SMS in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications and schedules of this solicitation herein. The quote shall contain the Quoter's best terms from a cost/price and technical capabilities of the required IEF Software and Dongles, as contract award may be based on initial quote received. The government reserves the right to award without discussions. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 and Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation with not be issued. This requirement is contingent upon availability of current year funding. This requirement falls under NAICS code: 443142. See attached documentation for more details.
