Description

The Department of Labor, Mine Safety & Health Administration, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(B)(C) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Qwest Government Services, Inc., dba Centurylink QGS, 4250 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203-1665 for landline telephone services in the following offices: Farmington, NM; Craig, CO; Delta, CO; Gillette, WY; Rapid City, SD; Green River, WY; Mesa, AZ; Albany, OR; Kent, WA; Hibbing MN; and Albuquerque, NM. This action will result in a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will commence on or about April 1, 2013 for a twelve (12) month period ending March 31, 2014. The NAICS code for this requirement is 517110. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document.
