- NSN: 3110-01-398-0698, Cup, Tapered Roller Bearing, Source Control Item in accordance with Ogden Air Logistics Center CAGE 98747 Dwg: 9235611 Rev G Dtd 5/23/2012, P/N: 9235611-147. Approved Source: Timken Corp CAGE: 60038. Inspection and Acceptance Origin, FOB destination. Requested delivery is 210 days ARO. This is a critical application item. Preservation, Packaging, Packing, and Marking Requirements shall be in accordance with MIL-DTL-197L. End item use description: Galaxy C-5 Aircraft. Item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). In addition, reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will be included in the solicitation. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with One Base Year and Four Options Years (Base plus Option Years are 12 months each). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 218 each, for the base year only. Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 218 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 718 each, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 653 each, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 718 each. This RFP will be solicited with a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside with Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is April 1, 2013. A copy of the RFP will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
