Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) SUBPART 12.6 "SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS", AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is N69450-13-Q-3075 and the solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ) using FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561790 “ Other Services to Building and Dwellings, which has a size standard of $7.0 million, is applicable. A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated to result from award of this solicitation. The procurement is for the cleaning of exhaust and ventilation systems for the cooking appliances at the Naval Air Station/Joint Reserve Base (NAS/JRB) Fort Worth, Texas. Intent is to secure preventive maintenance, inspection and repair service for the cooking appliance at the Fire House, Galley, Bowling Center, Desert Storm Center, Child Care Center, and the Base Chapel of NAS/JRB Fort Worth. This procurement is a Small Business set-aside and all interested SB experience in the above requirement may apply. The contractor that is awarded the requirement must meet the responsibility factors delineated in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 9.104-1. The contract for the services will be for a Base Year and four (4) Option Years, each 12 month long. Total contract will not exceed 60 months. The Options years will be exercised upon notification from the users that performance was satisfactory for the previous 12 months period. CLIN 0001ANNUAL SERVICE (BASE YEAR) CLEAN EXHAUST AND VENTILATION SYSTEMS FOR COOKING APPLIANCES. Contract tor is to provide all equipment, material, and labor to degrease, de-contaminate, and clean exhaust, ventilation systems for cooking appliances including associated ductwork and appurtenance at Bldgs., 1425, 2570, 3320, & 1838 (2 times peryear each buildings); Bldgs., 1506 and 1815 (4 times per year each building). CLIN 0002ANNUAL SERVICE (1ST OPTION YEAR)) CLEAN EXHAUST AND VENTILATION SYSTEMS FOR COOKING APPLIANCES. Contract tor is to provide all equipment, material, and labor to degrease, de-contaminate, and clean exhaust, ventilation systems for cooking appliances including associated ductwork and appurtenance at Bldgs., 1425, 2570, 3320, & 1838 (2 times peryear each buildings); Bldgs., 1506 and 1815 (4 times per year each building). CLIN 0005ANNUAL SERVICE (4TH OPTION YEAR) CLEAN EXHAUST AND VENTILATION SYSTEMS FOR COOKING APPLIANCES. Contract tor is to provide all equipment, material, and labor to degrease, de-contaminate, and clean exhaust, ventilation systems for cooking appliances including associated ductwork and appurtenance at Bldgs., 1425, 2570, 3320, & 1838 (2 times peryear each buildings); Bldgs., 1506 and 1815 (4 times per year each building). The Statement of Work pertaining to this requirement is attached. All contractors interested in submitting a quote must be registered and have a current record in the System for Award Management (SAM) website: HTTPS://WWW.SAM.GOV, Contractors must be registered to receive any amendments and subsequently the award.
