- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of the Army, Mission & Installation Contracting Command - White Sands at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 334516. Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email or fax) and must be received not later than March 13, 2013 at Noon. Email: Dennis.g.donaldson.civ@mail.mil: or FAX 575-678-5107. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Interested parties MUST provide specification or a brochure of the equipment item, if offering brand name or equal. Brand name or equal item must be compatible with the existing MR 304 HeNe MRXS Laser Replacement kit. Since, this is specialized product, this item must be procured form the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Interested parties should also provide company/individual name, a capability statement, and examples of same or similar equipment items purchased and installed at other facilities, DUNS number and address, point of contact and social-economic. Interested parties who do not submit the above information on or before the response due date and time will not be considered for this procurement. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, women owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 334516. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on Federal Business opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
