- Description
- The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to purchase on a sole source basis, Supply Management Services for the period of 23 December 2012 to 22 March 2013, for the Fleet Logistics Center Supply Management Department Midwest. The contractor is CACI Technologies, Inc., 14370 Newbrook Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151. The proposed contract action will be a Firm Fixed Price and will utilize procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 541614. The size standard is $14.0M. The resulting contract will be for a base period of two months with a one month option period along with FAR Clause 52.217-8 śOption to Extend Services ť. All options will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 17.206(a). The anticipated start date is 23 December, 2012. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE RFQ WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OR AROUND 19 DECEMBER 2012. When the Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued, it may be downloaded by accessing http://www.neco.navy.mil. This office no longer issues hardcopy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the offeror will be self certifying that neither the principal corporate officials nor owners are currently suspended, debarred or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
