Description
NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Due to an oversight, solicitation FA5613-13-R-0005TSBMC has been deleted and replaced with solicitation/reference number FA5613-13-R-0005TSBMCII on FBO. PRESOLICITATION NOTICE- TURKEY/SPAIN BASE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (TSBMC II), Solicitation No. FA5613-13-R-0005. Information related to this acquisition is located on this site, FBO, under reference numbers: FA5613-TSBMC-2014 and FA5613-13-R-0005TSBMCII. All future documents associated with this procurement will be posted under FA5613-13-R-0005TSBMCII. This notification serves as a presolicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.204, and is not a solicitation. No response to this notice is required. The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation on or around 28 February 2013 via this site. The requirement is for base operation and maintenance services on United States Air Force Europe (USAFE) Bases at Turkey and Spain. The requirements consist of day-to-day base operation and maintenance services. Requirements fall within the following functional areas: Program Management; Postal Services & Communications; Safety & Occupational Health/Industrial Hygiene & Ambulance Service; Civil Engineering; Force Support; and Logistics. The contractor shall perform necessary phase-in as well as phase-out services. The contract period of performance (POP) consistes of a (4) month Phase-In period, a basic year, and four (4) one year options, with four (4) six-month incentive options, for a total contract length of 7 years. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted at Ramstein AB on or around 25 March 2013. Award of contract is anticipated in May 2014. All prospective offerors are responsible to retrieve updated information via the FBO site, to include, but not limited to, industry questions and answers, the solicitation with attachments and any amendments thereto. No telephone or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. Prospective contractors are encouraged to ensure registration on the System for Award Management (SAM)-formerly the Central Contractor Registration (CCR)-as registration must be completed to be considered eligible for award.
