- W15P7T-13-R-D031 Questions & Answers: Question: I am reviewing the subject synopsis and solicitation. The synopsis stated base contract with options up to 60 units over 3 year. Answer: The requirement has changed from the synopsis to the solicitation. Please disregard the synopsis and follow the solicitation. The requirement is for two (2) Ultra violet Missile Warning Test Sets and options are for up to an additional 18 units. Question: In reviewing section B is see the following: Item 001 Ultraviolet Missile Warning Test Set Quantity 2, I do not see an award date or a validity period for this price. Please confirm the validity period. Answer: This is the solicitation phase, so the award date is yet to be determined. The validity period for the proposal is six (6) months. Question: Item 004 Option: Ultraviolet Missile Warning Test Set Quantity 18. I do not see an award date or a validity period for this price of 18 units. I read this as one option for 18 units not step ladder pricing from 1 to 18. Please confirm the validity period. Answer: Our intent is to order, over the next 2-3 years, small incremental quantities (1 through 5 each) up to an eventual total of 18. Question: I do not see anything about 60 units over 3 years in section B as stated in the synopsis. Please confirm we are only bidding 2 + 18 units for a total of 20 units. Answer: Yes only bid on the 2 + 18 units for a total of 20 units. The requirement has changed from the synopsis to the solicitation. Please disregard the synopsis and follow the solicitation. The requirement is for two (2) Ultra violet Missile Warning Test Sets and options are for up to an additional 18 units. Question: I have read the solicitation document and did not find any Section L requirements for submission. Is there a preferred format for submission or is the submission acceptable in any contractor format? Answer: Any submission is acceptable. Question: The SOW stated Quality must be to ISO Q9001-2008 standards. Does the contractor need to be ISO Q9001 certified or is it sufficient for a contractor to demonstrate the quality methods are compliant to the standard? Answer: Demonstration of any quality process equivalent to ISO Q9001 is sufficient.
