Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number L13PS00240 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-30. The Bureau of Land Management encourages the participation of small, disadvantaged and women owned business enterprises. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 112111 and the Small Business Standard size is $750K. The NM Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for maintenance of certain gap fences on the Gila Lower Box. The goal is to prevent cattle entering the Gila Lower Box from the upper and lower ends by keeping both electric fences up and working. The electric fence repair and occasional removal of livestock from the lower Gila Box shall meet, at a minimum, the requirements specified in the Statement of Work. *The specifications can be found at http://www.fedconnect.net - Reference Solicitation L13PS00240 and find them under column named Documentation. The following clauses are applicable under this Synopsis/Solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212.3, 52.212.4, 52.212.5. Offerors MUST be registered and maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at www.sam.gov. Vendors who were registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to July 30th, 2012 will not need to take any action in the SAM system as their information was rolled into SAM (however it is recommended that vendors verify that their information can be found in the SAM system prior to submitting a quotation). Vendors must be registered with the SAM throughout award, performance, and final invoice of the contract. Online Representations and Certifications must also be completed at www.sam.gov.
