This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation Number W90GAD3045418 to add the following: A single or multiple award may be contemplated, because of the late date, as such there will be enough containers for award to 2 vendors. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W90GAD3045418 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. The solicitation ID number is W90GAD3045418. Repair Facility must be located within a 30 mile radius of the 596th Transporation Brigade, Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, 6280 Sunny Point Road, Southport, NC. Service to repair Containers in support of Army Prepo, IAW the Performance Work Statement and described deficiencies on submitted DA 2404 Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheets.
